A rare case of nonpenetrating trauma-induced fistula from the right sinus
of Valsalva to the right atrium and aortic cusp disruption is reported. The
trauma occurred 2 1/2 years previously. The fistula was closed with a
Dacron patch, and the cusp tear was sutured.
