Cyclosporine central neurotoxicity has been described after bone marrow,
kidney, and liver transplantation but has not been well documented after
heart transplantation. This case illustrates severe reversible
neurotoxicity after heart transplantation with characteristic radiographic
changes in magnetic resonance imaging.
