A case of emphysematous bullae and right lung cancer is presented. At
first, left giant bulla was managed by minithoracotomy and tube drainage
combined with bronchofiberoptic bronchial occlusion to preserve the
respiratory function. Four weeks later, right lung cancer was successfully
resected.
