Isolated, contained esophagobronchial fistula complicating esophagogastrectomy

Esophagobronchial fistula as a complication of esophagogastrectomy is rare.
We report our experience with a patient who sustained an esophagogastric
anastomotic leak with fistulization to the right mainstem bronchus without
free rupture into the pleural space.
