MT Watkins, JJ Ricotta, JA Manning and S Stewart
A case of progressive upper extremity vascular insufficiency, which
occurred 10 years after the construction of a Blalock-Taussig anastomosis,
is described. It was successfully managed with a carotid- to-subclavian
bypass graft.
