J Wei and DJ Wang
A young woman with shortness of breath was diagnosed preoperatively as
having a coronary artery aneurysm. The aneurysm originated from the right
coronary artery and was extraordinarily large. The aneurysm was excised
successfully under extracorporeal circulation.
