RC Chiu, MJ Herba, J Viloria and DS Mulder

artery-pulmonary vessel fistulae. Associated anomalies were unique, and
included hypogenetic left thorax, hypoplastic unilobar left lung, and
dextrocardia. Left pneumonectomy was curative.
